UK Anti-Doping
UK Anti-Doping implements and manages sporting anti-doping policy within the UK and have circa 100 users.
We provide the following services:
- Full IT Estate Management since 2015 (8 years)
- Rotational onsite support at Stratford and Loughborough offices
- M365, Azure, Device and Desktop estate design, maintenance and management
- Onboarding of new staff including account set up and familiarisation
- End User Device Provisioning / Rebuild and shipping
- Identification and development of new software / tooling to support improved automation and business processes
- Continual improvement activities
- Provision of M365, Azure and 3rd party software licensing
- Attendance at UKAD IT Governance Meetings
- Quarterly Support and IT Strategy Review Meetings
Office for Nuclear Regulation
ONR is the UK regulator on all matter relating to nuclear activities and security.
We worked with them to:
- Review their existing estate security and prioritise enhancements
- Design and implement a Data Classification schema based on Microsoft Purview
- Design Defender for Cloud Apps to ensure all data and application usage within the organisation could be monitored and controlled
- Design Data Loss Prevention Policies and implemented these across Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint and Windows Information Protection
- Conducted end user training to support an initial pilot
- Supported a success pilot, and associated design refinement, of the technologies
- Conducted Production implementation and provided Early Life Support subsequently
National Oceanograpy Centre
NOC is a publicly funded body with circa 750 users.
Engagement Summary – Planning and Design for separation from their parent company, National Environmental Research Council.
We provided the following services:
- Planning and Design for separation from their parent company, National Environmental Research Council.
- Design and Build of a new Active Directory environment
- Design and build of a new M365 tenancy, including Identity Management with Okta and AD Connect
- Migration of 750 devices from NERC to NOC domain (including Windows and Mac OS)
- Migration of 15TB of Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive Content
- Migration of 6TB of File share Data
- Migration of 20TB of Mail Data
- Migration of other elements – security groups, distribution lists, contacts etc.
- Cutover from NERC domain / environment and removal of AD Trust
- Change Management and Governance
- Readiness for Cyber Essentials accreditation
