Office for Nuclear Regulation
ONR is the UK regulator on all matter relating to nuclear activities and security.
We worked with them to:
- Review their existing estate security and prioritise enhancements
- Design and implement a Data Classification schema based on Microsoft Purview
- Design Defender for Cloud Apps to ensure all data and application usage within the organisation could be monitored and controlled
- Design Data Loss Prevention Policies and implemented these across Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint and Windows Information Protection
- Conducted end user training to support an initial pilot
- Supported a success pilot, and associated design refinement, of the technologies
- Conducted Production implementation and provided Early Life Support subsequently
CCLA
CCLA is an ethical investment firm with circa 220 users in the UK.
We are working with them to:
- Review their existing content management solutions and practices (covering on-premise, M365 & 3rd party solutions)
- Define a strategy for M365 collaboration tool usage (including governance, adoption and migration considerations)
- Implement Teams as a video conferencing, instant messaging and IP telephony solution
- Implement a new Intranet environment (“The Garden”) based on SharePoint online
- Migrate all fileshare content to a combination of Teams and SharePoint
- Design and implement Data -Classification and Data Loss Prevention based on Microsoft Purview
- Implement a governance regime to manage the environment
Charity Commission for England and Wales
CCEW wished to conduct a full Windows10 implementation for circa 550 Users.
We provided the following services:
- Planning and Design for Office 365 and EMS
- Implementation of Intune / Endpoint Manager for Windows11, iOS and Android
- Implementation of Windows Autopilot for initial builds
- End user guidance for initial device set up (Windows10 and iOS)
- Scheduling of 550 user device exchanges across 4 UK Sites (Liverpool, London, Taunton and Newport)
- Build and exchange of 550 Windows devices and 500 iPhones to users
- Defender for Endpoint design and configuration
- Windows11 Implementation Pilot
