Weโre incredibly proud to have achieved these Designations in the new Microsoft Cloud Partner Program. It demonstrates our true skills and capabilities to build adaptive, scalable cloud-native solutions for our customers.
Weโll continue to invest into the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, both through obtaining further Designations to demonstrate and reinforce our depth and breadth of expertise, but also through investing in training and certifications for our highly skilled team as part of our commitment to continuous learning.
The Microsoft Partner Program
The Microsoft partner program began its journey in 2000. Since then the program has evolved with the times keeping pace with the ever-evolving business world, its partner network to extend its global capabilities.
In Q1 this year, Microsoft announced the evolution of its partner program, to ensure it reflected the way organisations operate today, and the needs of the modern workplace. As of Q4 2022, the Silver & Gold partner competencies starts its evolution into a range of Microsoft Designations, with the existing partner competencies remaining for 18 months to allow a smooth transition for both partners and customers.
What are the new Microsoft Partner Designations?
The new solutions partner designations will help identify the broad technical capabilities and experience in high-demand Microsoft Cloud solution areas. Theyโll showcase a partnerโs demonstrated ability to deliver successful customer solutions, and they appear to require even more commitment than the previous set of competencies.
There are six new designation areas:

Demonstrate a partners ability to help customers migrate key infrastructure workloads to Azure.
Azure digital and app innovation
Showcases partners that build, run, and manage applications across multiple clouds, on-premises, and at the edge.
Business applications
Partners who provide consultation, deployment, or ongoing management services for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Modern Work
Demonstrates broad capabilities in helping customers boost their productivity and make the shift to hybrid work, using Microsoft 365.
Security
Demonstrates a broad skillset to help customers safeguard their entire organisation, by using integrated security, compliance, and identity solutions.
